Through the contact form, this website collects the personal data you choose to send: your name, email address, and any details you include about your project. Together with the form, the site sends the address of the page you sent it from, the page that linked you to it (if your browser shares it) and, if you pick one, how you found us.
Like any web server, the server that hosts this site keeps standard access logs: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page and the browser's user agent. They are used to keep the site secure and to understand how visitors find it.
No advertising trackers, marketing cookies, or profiling tools are used, and no cookies are set at all. To measure aggregate traffic (such as page views and referrers), this site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics - a privacy-first, cookieless service that does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not track you across other websites. Fonts and icons are self-hosted, so no requests are sent to third-party content CDNs.

Contact form data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal - under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries). Server access logs are processed under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and in knowing how it is found).
Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to handle your request, or for the duration of any subsequent business relationship, after which it is deleted. Server access logs are kept for 90 days and then deleted automatically.
This site is hosted on a secure Hetzner VPS in Germany (European Union). Aggregate, anonymous traffic measurement is provided by Cloudflare Web Analytics (cookieless, no personal data collected). Apart from that lightweight analytics request, all assets - including fonts and icons - are self-hosted, so no other third-party CDNs receive your IP address. No personal data is sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
