Ugur Akcelik, founder of Kineto Soft, is an independent software developer and IT consultant with experience across backend, full-stack, and cross-platform mobile development. He specializes in Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design, building scalable systems in Java/Spring Boot and Python/FastAPI, and integrating generative AI tools to accelerate delivery.
Experienced working directly with international clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions, with GDPR requirements considered in the design. Recent work includes deploying generative chatbots, autonomous research agents, and computer vision pipelines.
After studying Computer Engineering at the Politecnico di Torino, Ugur has worked on consumer mobile apps, complex business backends and AI systems. The aim has always been complete products, where the interface, the server architecture and any AI features are designed to work together.

Ugur integrates generative AI (LLMs such as Claude and Gemini) into applications that are already in production: chatbots that answer in natural language in real time, and internal reports that are generated automatically.
A good backend also needs an interface people find easy to use. Ugur builds web and mobile interfaces, from real-time dashboards to consumer apps, with React, Angular and TypeScript, so they work well on every device.

Manual deployments are replaced by automated pipelines. Applications run in Docker containers and go through CI/CD, so every release from development to production is repeatable and needs no manual steps.
Ugur currently works as an independent IT Consultant, helping businesses and startups launch full-stack applications and integrate AI into their products. His recent work includes designing secure closed-network infrastructure and building custom AI tools for business workflows.
For two years, he contributed to massive factory automation solutions for large-scale industrial clients - modernizing complex backend logic, building full-stack user interfaces with Vaadin, and managing complex industrial reporting logic, all to the rigorous standards required for enterprise software.
Earlier, at an IoT device manufacturer, he managed full-stack open-source projects for real-time sensor measurements, and developed the front and back end of business statistics dashboards for a restaurant tech startup, delivering real-time data visualizations to users.
